At Honeydew, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Honeydew tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
